At Digital Goku, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

1. General Policy

All service fees cover strategy, management, creative work, and reporting time. Because this work begins immediately upon project commencement, we follow a no-refund policy on services already delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Advance Payment Refund: If you have paid in advance for future months and wish to cancel, the unused portion may be refunded after deducting work completed and third-party costs.
• Service Not Started: If you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Billing Error: In case of a duplicate or erroneous payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta (platform fees, not Digital Goku fees)
• One-time setup fees, audit fees, or strategy fees once delivered
• Work completed in the current billing month
• Third-party tool costs, domain registrations, or software subscriptions
• Services delivered per agreed milestones that have been signed off by the client

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@digitalgoku.online with: your name, business name, invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Timeline

• We review and respond to refund requests within 5 working days
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
• UPI refunds typically reflect within 2–3 business days; bank transfers within 5–7 business days

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably before any formal action. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
