Services commence after a signed agreement and receipt of the first month’s payment. Deliverables and timelines are as specified in the individual service agreement provided to each client.
Ad budgets are managed by Digital Goku on behalf of the client but funded directly by the client. Digital Goku is not responsible for platform-side policy changes that affect ad delivery or spend.
Clients must provide timely access to platforms, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and are not the agency’s responsibility.
All creative assets produced by Digital Goku become the client’s property upon full payment. Strategy documents, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the property of Digital Goku.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public business information shared during the engagement, including after the contract period ends.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

All service fees cover strategy, management, creative work, and reporting time. Because this work begins immediately upon project commencement, we follow a no-refund policy on services already delivered.
If you have paid in advance for future months and wish to cancel, the unused portion of the advance may be refunded after deducting work completed and any third-party costs incurred.
If you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment and no work has been initiated, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Ad spend paid to Google or Meta, one-time setup fees once delivered, work completed in the current billing month, and third-party tool costs are non-refundable.
In case of a duplicate payment or billing error, a full refund for the excess amount will be issued within 5 business days upon confirmation.
